Las Vegas DockDogs: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States; Las Vegas DockDogs was formed in 2008 by a group of dog lovers who stumbled upon the sport and became immediately addicted. They set in place goals to bring DockDogs to Las Vegas. Since then the club has grown and developed into the premier dog sport club of Las Vegas. They have an official photographer, a wide array of sponsors, regular dock diving competitions and the most exciting element of the club is their very own practice pool and dock. "Our practice pool is a fantastic fit for Vegas, it is the BEST way to exercise your dog!" says Lianne Hassen, club President. Las Vegas DockDogs is a proud supporter of many charities including the Las Vegas Animal Blood Bank, the B.A.R.R.K. Foundation, Chase Away K9 Cancer, the Lili Claire Foundation and the local Las Vegas animal rescues. "Many Las Vegas DockDogs club members also sit on boards of charities that they are passionate about. They bring with them deep experience in the nonprofit field" says Hassen. The clubs members do a wonderful job of enhancing and growing the club. The group brings a variety of expertise and flavor to the sport and each of them play an outstanding part with their skills and teamwork.
